Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account info: your email address, display name and a securely hashed password.
- Saved strategies, and the alert settings you choose for them.
- Premium waitlist: if you join, your email, your answers to the short poll (what you'd pay, features and sports you want, how you found us), whether you have an account, the page you came from and your country (from your connection, not your exact location).
- Usage data: standard server logs, cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and, through our advertising partners, cookies and device identifiers.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account, save your strategies and, if you turn alerts on for a strategy, email you when an upcoming game fits it. You can turn alerts off at any time under My strategies. You don't need an account to use the backtester. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising
We show ads from third parties such as Google AdSense. These vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Service providers
Supabase hosts our database and authentication, Cloudflare hosts the site and provides visit statistics, Google (Sheets and Gmail) stores the waitlist and sends its confirmation email, and Resend delivers alert emails. Historical game and player data comes from the nflverse project.
Your choices
You can delete saved strategies and turn alerts off at any time. To leave the waitlist, reply to its confirmation email. To delete your account and all data, email snaptheoryadmin@gmail.com.
